
Mary E. Stoner is an associate attorney with Cornelius & Collins, LLP. She concentrates her practice in general civil litigation, including health care liability, premises liability, construction litigation, and insurance defense, and business services, litigation, and employment law. She is a member of the Tennessee and Nashville Bar Associations, and is admitted to practice before the Tennessee Supreme Court and the U.S. District Courts of the Middle and Eastern Districts of Tennessee. She is also a member of the Harry Phillips American Inns of Court.
Mary received a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Temple University, graduating cum laude, and graduated from the Nashville School of Law with honors. Mary is originally from Lancaster County, Pennsylvania.
Mary and her husband, Kyle, reside in Nashville. Outside of her legal practice, Mary enjoys hiking with her husband and rescue dog, Ava, running, dining out at new restaurants, and cheering on the Philadelphia Eagles.
